Responsibilities:

• Keep our community sparkling clean by sweeping, cleaning, and removing trash and litter from various areas such as grounds, parking lots, pool areas, and common spaces
• Take pride in maintaining apartment units, ensuring they're in top-notch condition for our residents
• Dive into apartment turns and upkeep projects with enthusiasm, making each space a welcoming home
• Be a jack-of-all-trades, ready to tackle painting and necessary repairs wherever needed throughout the property.
• Entry level and basic knowledge with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, residential maintenance, and installation of appliances a plus but not required
• Experience with residential remodeling a plus but nor required
• Be able to meet deadlines in a timely and efficient manner
• Willingness to learn and be able to work in a team environment
• Strong work ethic, driven and dedicated attitude

Requirements:

• Bring your A-game to our team environment, showcasing your strong work ethic and willingness to collaborate.
• Show proficiency in handling and maintaining tools and equipment safely, from hand tools to electric equipment and everything in between
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
