Position Description:

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC split systems and boilers, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch list
• Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
• Provide top-notch customer service to our residents

Position Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• Experience and knowledge in residential maintenance, electrical, plumbing, basic carpentry and appliance repair
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC split systems and boilers is preferred
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• All other duties as assigned
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
