• Completing work-orders within timely manner
• All facets of apartment make-ready & maintenance
• Grounds maintenance

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience with plumbing, electrical and carpentry
• Drywall experience required
• Willingness to respond quickly to emergencies
• Own tools & reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Apartment make-ready & work-order experience
