Leasing and Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Leasing and Marketing Manager to join our team at The LINC in Urbana, IL. The Leasing Manager provides leasing and administrative support to help ensure the property meets its occupancy and collection goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong orientation for sales, marketing, and superlative customer service along with top notch interpersonal skills and a positive can do attitude.

In this role, you will...

  • Collaborate with the management team in all things leasing & marketing to reach and maintain occupancy goals
  • Lead leasing agents and community assistants to success through coaching & training team members aligned with the Aspen U training initiatives
  • Assist in goal setting and sales motivation for leasing team aligned with the property’s occupancy goals
  • Review leasing applicants for accuracy and assist in processing of applications as needed
  • Help to develop a creative and innovative marketing campaign to attract new residents, including maintaining social websites, outreach marketing, on-site events & networking
  • Create and implement effective strategies for retention of existing residents
  • Maintain a welcoming environment in the leasing office
  • Give tours of our outstanding apartment homes and community
  • Utilize software programs such as Microsoft office, Canva, and One-Site
  • Perform administrative tasks as necessary to manage the office
  • Promote career opportunities in the company and assist in building the team

Position Requirements:

  • Bubbly, outgoing personality
  • Experience with online and in-person marketing
  • Excellent customer service skills with 3+ years’ experience (including retail, hospitality, serving/bartending, etc.)
  • Strong sales skills and determination to close the deal
  • The ability to multitask and quickly solve problems
  • Must be available to work weekends
  • The drive to succeed!
