Position Description:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations at this 73 unit apartment community.
• Continuously provide excellent customer service and maintain positive and productive relationships with prospective and current residents.
• Tour prospective tenants and successfully meet and exceed leasing benchmarks.
• Develop and oversee the business plan for the community, including high retention rates, 0% delinquency, maintaining budgets, developing marketing plans, and much more.
• Monitor rent collections.
• Effectively communicate with maintenance team members to ensure that both management and operations are running smoothly.
• Foster a positive and teamwork-centered environment.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years proven track record in sales, marketing, and/or management (property management experience a plus)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lead and motivate others
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation to and from work, and ability to go off-site.
